The 30-piece Down for the Count Swing Orchestra returns to Cadogan Hall for another big-band-with-strings celebration.
You’ll be treated to the music of Nat ‘King’ Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Dean Martin, Peggy Lee, Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland, and many more, bought back to life by some of the UK’s top jazz musicians and arrangers.
This “big band with strings” preserves and protects the musical heritage of these great artists – but this is no mere nostalgia trip, as Down for the Count perform each song in their own unmistakable style, breathing new life into the best vintage music.
