The Jazz Guide has always been more than just a magazine.
For decades, it was a 72-page giant—affectionately dubbed “The Jazz Bible” by the legendary George Webb.
We carry this forward in memory of the previous owners who dedicated their lives to this project. Their passion is the foundation of everything we do today.
We don’t just curate listings; we guard a legacy that was started long before the digital age.

The New Dawn:
Times change, and the “technical innovation” of the new age—further challenged by the impact of COVID-19—meant we had to adapt or face extinction. Many print titles disappeared, but we made the decision to keep the Jazz Guide at the heart of the scene.
We nurtured this website as a “New Dawn” for the project. It wasn’t built to replace the magazine, but to support it.
The “Dual Loyalty” Push
Our objective is simple: A “Dual Loyalty” where the magazine and website work as one. We provide a FREE entry point for the community, backed by a high-performance digital engine that reaches tens of thousands of jazz fans.
We aren’t just moving with the times; we’re making sure the music has a home for the next generation.
