"There is a place where the salt air meets the syncopated pulse of the Hot Club, and the exact coordinates are known only to those with the music in their soul. Django in the Bay 2026 is much more than a festival - it is a three-day vanishing act into the world of Manouche virtuosity.
Set against the serene, hidden backdrop of the Rutland coast, this year’s gathering invites you to leave the modern world behind for a landscape of vintage strings, lakeside jams, and the absolute pinnacle of Gypsy Jazz royalty."

Day Guests: Access starts from 1:00pm each day. Main concerts ignite at 7:30pm, but informal jam sessions at the bar start the party early at 5:00pm.
The Manouche Camping Experience 🏕️ Expect a "back-to-nature" vibe.
On-site facilities include toilets, showers, and washing-up areas, but note there are no electric hook-ups. Bring your power packs and lanterns to keep the "camp spirit" alive! (NB: Large motorhomes or caravans should check in with the team as they may be directed to nearby satellite sites just minutes away.)
What to Pack (Besides your Guitar) 🎸
The "La Pompe" Kit: If you're a player, bring your instrument! This is a 24/7 jam culture.
Seaside Layers: Rutland Water can be breezy. Pack a warm fleece for late-night sessions and a waterproof just in case.
Cash: While most vendors take cards, "Luthier’s Row" and some local stalls often appreciate a traditional exchange for those one-of-a-kind accessories.
