Stafford Jazz Society is delighted to present the world-class Storyville Jassband! Bringing together an extraordinary lineup of international virtuosos, this incredible ensemble delivers top-tier traditional jazz, stunning arrangements, and unmatched showmanship.

MEET THE BAND:

🎺 Michael Muller (Trumpet / Vocals / Band Manager): Winner of prestigious Jazz Awards and an Honorary Citizen of New Orleans. Michael plays lead trumpet, bringing decades of stellar freelance experience to the band's driving front line.

🎷 Eugène de Bruijn (Clarinet / Sax / Vocals): A former child prodigy who graduated in both Classical music and Jazz at The Royal Conservatory of Music. Eugène writes the band's beautiful musical arrangements.

🎺 Vincent Roerdink (Trombone / Vocals): A superb tailgate specialist and vocal winner at the International Jazz Festival Breda, known for his wonderful scat-singing.

🎻 Dan Simon (Double Bass): Hailing from the USA, Dan has recorded and toured extensively across Chicago, Europe, and the US alongside blues and jazz legends for St. George Records.

🥁 Stef Geurts (Drums): A seasoned professional classical symphony musician and acclaimed teacher whose profound passion for jazz makes him a dynamic powerhouse behind the kit.

🪕 Tom Stuip (Banjo): One of Europe's premier plectrum banjo virtuosos, Tom has performed across almost every continent alongside legendary groups like the Dutch Swing College Band.
